Return and Exchange Period:
• Returns: Within 3 days of receiving the order.
• Exchanges: Within 7 days of receiving the order.
Return and Exchange Conditions:
1. The product must be in its original condition, unused, with all accessories and original packaging.
2. Products showing signs of use, damage, or unauthorized modifications will not be eligible for return or exchange.
3. Products covered by a manufacturer’s warranty must be handled according to the authorized dealer’s policy.
4. Special orders (such as international orders or custom products) are not eligible for return or exchange.
5. Returns or exchanges will only be processed if requested using the phone number registered in the order.
Damaged or Defective Products:
. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 3 days of receipt.
. The product will be replaced with a new one or a full refund (including shipping fees) will be provided after verification.
Return and Exchange Process:

2. Fill out the following form:

- • Order Number
- • Product Details
- • Reason for Return/Exchange
- • Photos or Video of the Product (if damaged)
3. Receive the return shipping label and send the product to the shipping company within 3 days.
Fees and Additional Policies:
1. If the return is due to a store error or product defect, the full amount, including shipping costs, will be refunded.
2. If the return is due to a change of mind or a customer error, the customer will bear the shipping costs.
3. Discounted or promotional items are only eligible for exchange within 7 days.
4. International orders or custom products are non-returnable.
Order Cancellation and Refunds:
1. Before Shipping: Customers may cancel their order and receive a full refund.
2. After Shipping: The customer bears the shipping costs, and the remaining amount is refunded once the product is received in its original condition.
3. Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days, depending on the bank’s processing time.
