Shipping & Delivery

• We work with trusted shipping partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

• Once the order is handed over to the shipping company, responsibility for any damage or loss during transit transfers to them.

• Customers are advised to inspect the package upon receipt and contact the shipping company directly in case of any damage or shortage, with proper documentation of the issue.

Returns & Exchanges

• Returns: Accepted within 3 days of receipt.

• Exchanges: Accepted within 7 days of receipt.

• Products must be in their original, unused condition with complete packaging.

• Damaged or defective products will be fully refunded or replaced (including shipping fees) after verification.

• Returns are not accepted for special, customized, or international products.

Fees

• If the error is from our side, we will cover all associated costs.

• If the return is based on the customer's preference, the customer will bear the shipping fees.

• Discounted items can only be exchanged within 7 days.

Order Cancellation & Refunds

• Before shipping: Full refund.

• After shipping: Shipping fees will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded after the product is returned.

• Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.
